Zhongbu Water Purification Plant PhaseⅡProject in Panyu District is a water treatment project in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Guangzhou for Water Development, located on the land to the south of Foshan-Dongguan Intercity Railway and to the west of Shuilian Avenue in Xinshuikeng Village, Dalong Street (the reserve land of Panyu District Land Development Center, with an area of 6.53 hectares, subject to the boundary survey). The details of the project construction are hereby notified as follows:

　　Ⅰ. Zhongbu Water Purification Plant PhaseⅡProject in Panyu District is a town underground water purification plant. Based on an intensive-use cluster, this facility has its main water treatment structures arranged in a pit and a top layer that can be built into a sports park for the people according to the nature of land use, which will fit well with the surrounding as a place of leisure and exercise for residents. The plant is built on the scale of processing 100,000 tons of sewage per day, effectively solving the overload of central and front sewage treatment system in Panyu District and overflow along the area of Yanzhou Chong on rainy days and improving the sewage collection and treatment capacity of Dalong Street, Donghuan Street, and the surrounding areas. Besides, it can achieve interconnection with the first phase of the project. After treatment, the tailwater will be a supplement to the ecological recharge function of the Dongsha Chong and Yanzhou Chong. This will optimize the business environment and consolidate the achievements of water environment protection.

　　Ⅱ. The construction unit of Zhongbu Water Purification Plant PhaseⅡProject is Panyu District Water Affairs Bureau.

　　Ⅲ. Every individual and entity within the scope of Zhongbu Water Purification Plant PhaseⅡProject should take the overall situation into consideration, actively support and cooperate with the construction of the project, and not obstruct the measurement, drilling, and construction of the project.

　　Ⅳ. Those who violate this notice, refuse, or obstruct the staff of state organs to carry out their official duties in accordance with the law, shall be investigated by the public security departments in accordance with the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations. Where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is to be pursued in accordance with the law.

　　Ⅴ. This notice shall come into effect on the date of issue and shall be valid for five years.
